Flexibility

I heard a great quote today from an unknown author...it's pertaining to doing yoga (one of my favorite workouts!) Yoga is great to not only de-stress and build strength and flexibility, but it cultivates a peace of mind and calmness that leads into every day life.

"Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape."
